UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO IT. WE DO THIS TO AVOID ANY HIGHER PERCENTAGE OF ERRORS IN THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS, AS WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
WE DO NOT OFFER EXPEDITED OR RUSH SHIPPING AT THIS TIME, OUR APOLOGIES. OUR PRIORITY OPTION USUALLY TAKE BETWEEN 1-3 DAYS. AS WE CONTINUE TO GROW, WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO EXPAND THE SHIPPING OPTIONS WE CAN OFFER.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAME?
GENERALLY, ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED OUT VIA USPS WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PAYMENT HAS PROCESSED. WE WORK NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS M-F. OUR POLICY STATES TO ALLOW 24-48 HRS FOR FULFILLMENT WHICH IS IN PLACE TO GIVE US TIME TO PROCESS ALL ORDERS DURING PERIODS OF HIGHER VOLUME.
WE HAVE TWO DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHODS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING ESTIMATE IS AFTER YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. 1: FIRST CLASS (3-5 DAYS) 2: PRIORITY (2-3 DAYS) ALL FREE SHIPPING IS FIRST CLASS 3-5 DAYS.
